Thinking about a Day Pass? Here's what you need to know.

Day Pass tickets are available exclusively to vetted DLO members to help ensure the safety, privacy, and security of everyone attending. Check-in is open from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Unfortunately, early or late check-in isn’t possible, as the property gates will be closed outside those hours. We recommend arriving as close to 9:00am as possible to make the most of your day. You’ll need to depart the site by 9:00pm, as the gates will close promptly. Day Pass guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the venue. The exact address will be provided only to confirmed ticket holders and must not be shared outside.

Here is what is included:

• Access on Saturday (9:00am to 9:00pm)

• Saturday lunch and dinner

• Complimentary snack bar

• One welcome pack per ticket

• Access to all activities, games, and events on Saturday

• Use of shared indoor and outdoor chill zones

• Free parking

• Overnight accommodation

Thinking about a camping pass? Here's what you need to know.

Camping Passes are available exclusively to vetted DLO members to help ensure the safety, privacy, and security of everyone attending. Check-in is open from 12:00pm to 9:00pm on the Friday. Early or late check-in isn’t possible, as the property gates will be closed outside these times. We recommend arriving as early as feasible to get settled and start enjoying your weekend. Check-out is by 3:00pm on the Sunday. You’re welcome to arrange your own transport, or take advantage of our Benalla Station shuttle service for V/Line passengers (see times below).

Each camping pass is eligible for one person only, if you intend on sharing a tent each person is required to also have a camping pass. DLO Odyssey has a large grassy area, designated, with spots being assigned on a first come, first choice basis. Caravans/campervans are permitted at DLO Odyssey, but there is no access to power. No camping equipment or bedding is provided. The communal bathrooms/showers are able to be used on your camping pass.

Camping passes do not include secure storage, so we recommend not bringing valuables. DLO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you need a power point for medical or other essential reasons, this is not something we can provide to people on camping passes.

Specific beds aren’t assigned, but if you need a lower bunk and none are available in your room, please speak to a staff member—we’ll do our best to help. Rooms do not include secure storage, so we recommend not bringing valuables. DLO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Each bed comes with a fitted sheet, pillow, and pillowcase. You’ll need to bring your own top sheet or sleeping bag for comfort and warmth. If you need a power point in your room for medical or other essential reasons, please let us know on the checkout form.
